Parents Fund Request Form

The deadline to apply to receive funding is April 1, August 1, or December 1. Requests will be compiled by the Associate Director of Family Programs and Services and will be brought to the Parents Fund allocation committee for review.  Within one month of the deadline requestors will be notified of the outcome.

All fields must be complete, including a detailed budget, at the time of submission in order for the request to be eligible for review. Please note, funding requests for student, faculty, or staff stipends will not be considered. Additionally, repeat requests that have been previously funded by the Parents Fund will be considered, but new requests will be given priority as limited funding is available.
