This month George Mason University faculty and staff have an opportunity to explore their capacity to lead through the Leadership Legacy program. Nominations are being accepted through Feb. 20.
Cosponsored by MasonLeads and the Office of Human Resources and Payroll, Leadership Legacy is currently accepting applications for its next cohort, which will take place between September 2015 and April 2016.
The program is designed for full-time faculty and staff members who wish to advance their leadership skills, both conceptually and experientially, in the context of a university setting. Individuals can develop their leadership skills whether they are taking on a new role, moving into a different position or wish to enhance their leadership abilities within their current position.
