Mason Hosts Earth Day ‘Go Gaga for Green’ Festival in Arlington

The first Go Gaga for Green, an Earth Week fund-raiser and celebration, takes place this Saturday, April 25, at George Mason University’s Arlington Campus.

Hosted by the George Mason’s Office of Community Relations, Go Gaga for Green will run from 5 to 8 p.m. at Founders Hall, 3351 Fairfax Drive, Arlington.

The new event is designed to strengthen community connections and participation in local sustainability efforts in the Arlington area. Through the power of celebration, and the recognition of local sustainability leaders through the Arlington Green Patriot Awards, this event will help build awareness about living greener lifestyles, while promoting the green economy for the surrounding area.
