Socktober Collection

socktober flyer

Join Mason’s third annual Socktober collection in honor of Alice Watts, longtime Mason employee who died in September 2016. Donations of new socks will benefit the Katherine Hanley Family Shelter.

We collected 400 pairs of socks in 2016, and increased to 1,300 pairs of socks in 2017. Help us collect 1,500 pairs in 2018!

Donations accepted through November 5.

Contact Katie Clare at kclare@gmu.edu with questions.

[Flyer reads:

Donations will be delivered to the Katherine Hanley Family Shelter in Fairfax County in memory of Alice Watts, who dedicated more than 25 years to helping students at Mason.
