Blurb

TimelyCare, a virtual mental health and well-being platform crafted specifically for college students, is a resource that augments the in-person and virtual mental health services that remain available to Mason students through Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and Student Health Services (SHS).

With TimelyCare, Mason students will have access to a multitude of virtual mental health and well-being resources that are free and available 24/7. Students have access to TimelyCare services 365 days a year - that means access during breaks, after-hours, and any time they need support!

TimelyCare offers specific services to our Mason students, including a 24/7 crisis support line TalkNow, Scheduled Counseling sessions, and Health Coaching options. The graphics below highlight each of these services specifically. Please utilize these in combination with our general TimelyCare designs as desired.

Resource Description: 24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships, depression, and school-related stressors.
